Computer Generated 3D scenes give you infinite control over the environment that you create. Being a virtual world, the images rendered out, are similar to, but not bound by the same technical limitations that real world cameras have. With a single image, you are able to render out the view of a 360° Perspective, you essentially have a spherical, panoramic camera under your control.
The goal behind this project was to emulate the ambiance of a dining room using 3D tools. You almost forget this virtual 3D room is not a real location, but a CGI model. The composited wireframe reminds the viewer. Vray physically based lighting and rendering produces convincing detail. The room and each aspect was modeled individually to scale, even the textures stay true to the scale, providing a convincing virtual environment.

- Producing physically based materials and shaders
- UV mapping
- Lighting the scene
- Physically based rendering using Vray
